Who Rescued Who?

I was back home, visiting my parents. Imagine a country home down a long dirt driveway. I am helping them unload the truck and all of a sudden, I see a beautiful black pitbull timidly walking towards me.

While I assess this beautiful dog, I notice how skinny he is, the tight collar around his neck, fresh scars, and an injured leg. He was exhausted, hungry, and extremely thirsty. My heart was broken. How did this little dude survive out here? We’re talking Texas summer heat!!!

Long story short, every time we left my mom's house, he chased behind us! This homie needed love and he needed it bad. Someone hurt him. Someone abused him. Someone turned their back on him. He needed my help and honestly, I needed his! We no-showed for our flight (fakas wouldn’t let us cancel) and drove 21 hours home with Buddy!

I like to hug and cuddle on the couch with you. I love to chew on EVERYTHING. I like to play and go on short walks but one day, I will be able to run with the big dogs. Speaking of dogs, I just got these things they call jewels removed so, my parents say I can go to a place called Doggy Daycare and play! I love my new home!
